My Approach

In a world where life can go by at a frantic pace and we are constantly feeling we don’t have enough time in a day, it is understandable that you can feel overwhelmed. We all have 24 hours in a day, 7 days in a week, and that is fixed. But what I can offer you is a different perspective on time and how you manage it. Changing your perspective and having clarity on what you want to achieve will help keep you motivated, focused and more productive. Using tools and systems that help you manage your tasks and keep on track will help you develop new habits that can stay with you for life. I will help you simplify your approach to managing your schedules, prioritising your tasks and taking action. You can reduce the levels of stress in your daily life and increase productivity, feel more in control and spend more time taking action that is in line with your personal and professional goals.

I work with business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals who are feeling like they need a serious overhaul of their time management. And in order to do this we are going to take a little time out and work together to look at the bigger picture. Once goals and motivations are clear, then we have the opportunity to look at what is working and what is not. And from there we can explore techniques, strategies and tools that work for you. Changing your perspective on time is a very rewarding experience. It can completely alter the way you see your daily life and the way you choose to spend your time.

If you are wondering why would you sign up with a coach to help you with this issue, then let me explain the benefits to you. Yes, there is a huge library of books, studies, podcasts and expert opinion out there on how to manage your time wisely. And to an extent, these can prove very useful. However, they are not tailored to you and your lifestyle, personality and individual needs. And using these tools does not provide you with support when you need it; when you are procrastinating and unsure why; when you are unable to establish new habits; when you are still feeling overwhelmed; when the system you were following has now been abandoned. Working with a coach ensures that you have accountability but a process is followed whereby we ensure that your day-to-day commitments and activities are taking you to where you really want to be. It ensures you have the tools and techniques that work for you. And having someone by your side, supporting you and sometimes challenging you, can be just what you need to help you move forward.

Tailored one-to-one support to help you achieve your goals and manage your time wisely. Following on from the free consultation, the six sessions are taken over a three month period. You then have the option to sign up for a further six month’s support package where we meet online once a month.

I have a degree in psychology and am a trained business coach and I have made Time Management my speciality. The coaching skills I have developed enable me to help clients achieve their goals by giving them focus, overcome barriers and develop a toolbox of techniques to give them back control of their time.

FAQ

  • First things first, you will have a free consultation to determine your needs and what I can offer you. This will be around 20 minutes.

  • Following on from your free consultation, you will book in for a series of 6 sessions, 50 to 60 minutes in length and over a 3 month period.

    This is £360

    Once you have completed your sessions, you have the option to sign up for further support over a 6 month period. We will have a session a month of 50 to 60 minutes where we can explore how things are going, what is working well for you and what needs some attention, discuss how things are moving towards completion of your long term goals, and celebrate your successes. We can explore further techniques and how to get over upcoming obstacles.

    Alternatively, I run one-to-one sessions throughout the year on certain themes/topics. From Getting Through Christmas, to Procrastination, to Time Blocking. And other subjects. Sign up for my monthly emails to keep in touch and find out about upcoming topics.

  • The three month program is a Time Management overhaul. We will take an overview of your life and current situation, and then we can explore your long term goals. The aim is to get your calendar of activities and tasks in line with your goals. We can set into motion some new techniques that you can try and come back for another session to see what differences you have noticed.

    After your initial six sessions are completed, you have the option to sign up for a further six sessions over six months, giving you longer term support. This helps to ensure that you continue on the right track, that you are accountable for your actions, that you have the help and support you need to overcome obstacles and that the techniques and skills that you are learning become embedded and habitual.

  • Sign up for my monthly newsletter for tips and advice, thoughts and ideas around Time Management. I will also keep you informed of any upcoming topic centred sessions that you can book as a one off.
