Welcome to Timely Coaching

Hello, I am Jacqui, personal Time Management Coach who helps busy professionals and business owners manage their time more effectively and reduce stress. If you are feeling like there are never enough hours in the day or that you are constantly reacting to demands and not forging your own path, then read on.

I developed the Life Reboot program after discovering just how helpful Time Management had been to me in everyday life. I had become much more focused, calm, achieved more and felt much more satisfied and far less frustrated in life as I developed my skills.

The Life Reboot program is built to help you take back control of your time and energy. Run over 2 months, we begin with the foundations - clarifying your goals and priorities - before moving into a time audit to uncover how you’re really spending your days. From here, you will develop practical time management skills, learn strategies to overcome common obstacles, and build sustainable habits that support your long-term success. By the end of the program, you’ll walk away with a personalised toolkit of techniques and tips to help you manage your time with confidence and start achieving the things that matter most to you.

Welcome to the Life Reboot

Here is the opportunity for a partnership, working to transform the way you approach time management from the inside out. Feeling overwhelmed and stressed by the demands of work and life, or feeling like you are drifting and not really achieving what is important to you? Then this program could be just what you need. This program is designed to work from the foundations up. From establishing your goals and values, to ensuring you use your time to accomplish your dreams.

Having learnt a lot about Time Management myself over the years, and having incorporated those skills into my life, I have become much more of a ‘doer’ than a ‘dreamer’. I plan, I have clarity, I take action.

Working with me, I will give you tactical, practical and structured support to:

  • Turn them into SMART goals with action plans

  • Analyse how you are currently spending your time, without judgement

  • Develop skills in time blocking

  • Tips on how to deal with email and admin

Coaching is a collaborative, one-to-one process designed to help you move from where you are now to where you want to be. It’s practical, supportive and led by your priorities.

My Life Reboot course is designed to help you develop a new mindset; a new approach to time. Over the 2 months we work together, you will have the opportunity to become less stressed, more productive and put meaning and direction back into your life.

Once completed, you have the option to continue with a support package to ensure you have the ongoing accountability and support you need to build these new habits into your life.

Why I created the Life Reboot

I discovered coaching rather late in life. Years earlier, I had completed a degree in psychology, but never truly used it in a meaningful way. Still, I’d always been fascinated by human behaviour-specifically, what separates those who stay stuck from those who move forward. What drives some people to create real change, while others remain in a cycle of frustration or inertia? What habits do successful, fulfilled people build into their lives? And how do they maintain motivation, confidence, and direction, even through difficult times?

In 2018, I lost my husband. That experience changed everything. It made me appreciate what I had, and more importantly, what I didn’t want to waste: the years I have left. I knew I wanted to feel purpose again. I wanted to wake up each day with energy, intention, and enthusiasm. I became acutely aware of how quickly time passes, and how precious it truly is.

I had been a business owner. I knew how stressful it could be to run a business, and how lonely it could be at times too. I was in midlife, curious about how I could use my past experience and skills to help others.

That curiosity eventually led me to business coaching. I’ll admit, I didn’t know much about it at first—but the more I explored, the more it clicked. Coaching isn’t about fixing people. It’s about moving forward—with clarity, accountability, and action. It empowers people to take ownership of their lives, and I loved that. Through my training, I’ve developed tools to help others set goals that matter and actually achieve them.

And that’s what led me to design the Life Reboot course: a journey that combines coaching, time management and psychology to help others manage their time successfully.

Take your first steps to change

  • For the Life Reboot, first things first, you will have a free consultation to determine your needs and what I can offer you. This will be around 20 minutes.

  • I like to be upfront and transparent about my charges. I want to ensure the program is affordable and achievable. Sessions are by Zoom or Google Meet and prices are as follows:

    Initial Consultation: Free 20 mins

    Two month Life Reboot is £50 per session - 8 sessions in total

    Weekly Reset: 45 minute personal coaching support session is £40

  • In Life Reboot we start off with the foundations of effective Time Management, looking at your long term goals and how to put together actions plans for these. We then look at your schedules, what is working and what is not and how to fit in your new action plans. We will look at time audits, time blocking, energy cycles, setting priorities, dealing with interruptions and saying “no”.

    After the sessions you will have begun to embed some excellent time management habits and be on your way to a life that is more calm, organised and has purpose.

    If you would like further support, you can hire me for your weekly support coach. The Weekly Reset involves meeting once a week for 45 minutes to discuss what is going on for you right now. Got an important project looming? Been putting something off? Over-committing? Slipping back into old habits? We can tackle your current issues in these sessions.

    All this will see you well on your way to a life with purpose as you make your way through the years ahead with clarity and purpose.
